COVID-19 & Ticketing Policies
(updated January 2024)
For your health, wellness, and comfort, as well as the health, wellness, and comfort of our artists, we regularly assesses COVID-19 risks as they relate to producing a theatrical work. Invictus’s goal is to ensure your experience is as safe and comfortable as possible. All policies, including ticketing and attendance, are subject to change based on evolving guidance from the City of Chicago, the State of Illinois and the CDC.
If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting COVID-like symptoms, please stay at home and contact our box office so we may arrange for a refund or ticket exchange if possible.
Vaccinations
Proof of Vaccination against COVID-19 is no longer required to attend a performance in our theater.
MaskS
The use of masks while experiencing a show in any of our venues is optional.
HVAC
We have outfitted our HVAC system with a MERV 13 filter: the new standard in reducing exposure to SARS-Co-V-2.
Risk Assumption
All patrons understand that there is a risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. Those purchasing tickets and attending Invictus Theatre productions voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Our Thorndale venue is a small 36-seat theater where social distancing is not feasible. Please take this into consideration before purchasing tickets or attending a performance.
Ticketing Policy
There is no late seating for any of our productions. Late seating is very disruptive to the actors and audience.
Invictus will not refund or exchange any tickets in the event an audience member is late.
Refund/Exchange Policy
At our discretion, tickets may be refunded or exchanged for another performance date or time, provided the request for the exchange is received by our box office at lease 24 hours prior to your confirmed booking.
If you have any questions concerning our policies, please feel free to contact us at boxoffice@invictustheatre.com.
